  • I work with anyone age 14 or older. I provide in-person therapy in Durham but can work with any residents of North Carolina via telehealth.

    I am comfortable working with most general mental health concerns. I offer (suggested but not mandatory) a free 15 minute consultation call so that we can both better assess fit before moving forward.

    I specialize in working with ADHD, PTSD/CPTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use, and interpersonal conflict.

  • My office is located in southwest Durham, near Target off of 15-501. It’s located on the first floor and there is ample parking nearby.

  • The cost without insurance is $120 per 55 minute session. Sliding scale payments are available based on need. 

    Cost with insurance will depend on your plan benefits. I am in-network with most Blue Cross, Cigna, and Aetna plans. I am not in-network with Blue Home and a few other specialty plans.

    I generally see clients between 9am and 7pm on weekdays. I am open to discussing times outside of that range, particularly if you are looking for short term treatment (<3 months). I provide 55-minute appointments that can be utilized on a recurring basis or as needed.

    I provide in-person therapy on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Telehealth services are available Monday-Friday.

    I am not available to provide mental health care outside of scheduled appointments. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please consider seeking emergency services. Calling 988 is one option.
